ARIANA GRANDE TO PERFORM AT THE 2020 GRAMMYS DESPITE LAST YEAR’S INCIDENT

UPDATE (January 13, 2020): Last year, Ariana Grande canceled her 2019 Grammys performance due to some disagreements with the show’s producers. However, the “7 rings” artist and The Recording Academy took to Instagram to announce that she will be attending and performing at this year’s award show despite last year’s incident.

Grande’s caption simply read: “see you jan 26 #GRAMMYs @cbstv @recordingacademy,” while The Recording Academy confirmed: “OFFICIAL: #ArianaGrande will perform at the #GRAMMYs Jan. 26!”

Music’s biggest night will also see the likes of first-time nominees Billie Eilish and Lizzo making their Grammy stage debuts, as well as Gwen Stefani performing with Blake Shelton. Additionally, four-time Grammy winners and 2020 MusiCares Person of the Year Aerosmith, will be performing a medley of some of their greatest hits of all time.

The 2020 Grammys will be broadcasted live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on the CBS Television Network at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST.
